The Hope Mountain Internship Program is an intensive leadership development designed to equip and empower emerging leaders for gospel impact worldwide. Rooted in a biblical worldview, this program seeks to identify and train the next generation of influential leaders by providing practical, real-world leadership opportunities. Through hands-on experience within the neighborhood church, college students and young professionals will be challenged to grow in character, competency, and calling. Who is it for?
The Hope Mountain Internship Program is designed for aspiring young Christian leaders, ages 18 to 24, who are passionate about developing their leadership abilities while deepening their faith. Rooted in a biblical framework, this program offers a personalized experience tailored to each intern’s unique gifts and career aspirations. Through hands-on ministry opportunities and intentional mentorship, interns will be equipped to lead with integrity and purpose.
When/Where can I serve?
You can serve in one or more of the following ministry areas: student ministry, kids ministry, worship ministry, pastoral ministry, missions/community development, marketing/communications, and church administration.

What does being an intern look like?

Go through training.
